Desi Writers Lounge is always on the look-out for talented writers to encourage and promote. Our short story competition, now in its second year, aims to unearth new fiction talent from all around the world. Three winners will receive a copy of How to Get Filthy Rich in Rising Asia, the upcoming, highly anticipated novel by Mohsin Hamid and one of these winners will be selected for the Dastaan Award – a new prize that DWL is offering in partnership with a benefactor. The winning entries will also get published in the next issue of Papercuts.
