Experience: 3-5 years of experience in implementing educational projects. Passionate about promoting literature and fostering reading habits among children.

Job description: 

  1. Development and implementation of Program Implementation/Management Plan.
  2. Budget preparation and review in consultation with operations and finance teams.
  3. Coordination of program activities with program teams and provincial coordinators.
  4. Liaison and collaboration with stakeholders including donors, government departments, and NGOs.
  5. Coordination with resource persons such as authors, poets, and actors.
  6. Conducting field visits to provide guidance and leadership to program teams across Pakistan.
  7. Monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews of program deliverables according to agreed plans.
  8. Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments for successful completion.
  9. Mobilizing resources through proposal writing for new projects.
  10. Establishing partnerships with public, private stakeholders, INGOs, and philanthropists.
  11. Preparation of progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  12. Collaboration with children’s authors to curate and publish books.
  13. Designing and developing workshops/sessions relevant to participants’ needs.
  14. Coordinating PLF events with the team, volunteers, and community members.
  15. Managing marketing and social media campaigns for Pakistan Learning Festivals.
  16. Ensuring completion of reporting documentation including workplans and activity reports.
  17. Maintaining records of services offered and program materials.
  18. Continuous evaluation of PLF events/projects outcomes.
  19. Accessing, adapting, and developing new materials and manuals.
  20. Local travel required for executing PLF events.
